"No,  I will provide my own Polos" Means that the customer is responsible for providing their own Polo shirts. Please provide an extra shirt incase of any printing erros. 

"Yes. Please provide Polo" is an additional fee and means Go Print US will supply a standard Polo shirt (sizes SM-XL, Plus sizes are extra: XXL $3 / XXXL $4/ XXXX $5/ XXXXX $6/

Embroidery machines are not able to read the same types of files as your computer can, so you have to digitize your logo in a way that the machines can understand before they can do their job. Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital file using a software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle's path. This process is not automated and in fact, great digitizing is considered an artform if done correctly.

If customer is ordering embroidery services for the 1st time, then this set-up fee is required. If customer is doing a reorder on embroidery then we have the file and no set-up fee is required.
