Production turnaround times vary for each product. All turnaround times are estimates only and based on full business days (Monday-Friday) from when the customer approves the proof. Orders must be confirmed by 9:30am PST to start day 1 of production. Jobs will not start production until proofs are approved. Custom orders will be given a specific turnaround as they do not coincide with normal turnaround times. Our goal is to complete your order fast, however; an order may be delayed due to press errors, reprints due to print not meeting our quality control standards, natural dissasters, acts of God and factors outside of our control.
In addition, our presses do not run on weekends. Weekends and holidays are not included when calculating your turnaround time.
New customers will need to create an account by completing the name, email address and password fields.

Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.
This solution will make your company run more efficiently and profitably by streamlining your business processes, maximizing your resources and eliminating redundant operations.
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If you believe your print job is defective please contact us in writing via the online support system, within four (4) business days of receiving your order. We are committed to providing you with remarkable customer service. If you are dissatisfied with our products or services, please contact our customer care department and we will be happy to evaluate your request or concern.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
4. Let Us Design for You: this option is avaialable at an additional fee. We will design your artwork and show you a proof before we print. Once you approve, the job enters production.
Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.
Printing
You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode. If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.
For offset products (marketing products) we suggest 300 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size. For Large format we suggest 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size.
We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
A Bleed is the portion of the image that will be trimmed off when it is cut to the final size.
Offset Printing(business cards, marketing and stationery products):
Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product. Please keep all text at least 0.25" inside the cut-line. The bleed for Standard Products is 0.25". We recommend using templates at all times.
Large Format Printing (banners, signs, tradeshow & Event products)::
No bleed. Please send actual size. Do not include bleed or crop marks for large format printing.
No. We are now specifically set up to process one side at a time, and this requires that each side of a job must be on a separate file. Not separating files will cause delays and you might have to send the files again. Remember to separate the pages of your .pdf files as well.
