All products and services provided by GoPrintUS.com are subject to Terms and Conditions of use. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this site. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site or any services offered through our website.
USE OF SITE
You are granted permission to access and use GoPrintUS.com for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through GoPrintUS.com. You may not use, copy, mirror, modify, imitate or reproduce any of the site’s content without Goprintus.com prior written consent. All rights in this site and its content are reserved.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
You acknowledge that all content included in this site, including logo, icon, graphics, images, photos, writing, documents, and all other information, are intellectual property and copyrighted works of GoPrintUS.com, it’s licensees, and various third party providers. Reproduction or storage of content retrieved from this site is strictly prohibited.
USE OF COPYRIGHTED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
GoPrintUS.com complies with all copyright laws. By submitting artwork for printing, the customer affirms they have the legal right to use the content. GoPrintUS.com is not responsible for any copyright violations or legal issues arising from printing copyrighted material on behalf of the customer.
COLOR QUALITY
GoPrintUS.com prints adhere to CMYK industry standards, but we cannot guarantee exact "match-print" color accuracy, and slight color variations may occur throughout an order. Since we have no control over how colors are displayed on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the printed colors will perfectly match the preview on your screen. Additionally, please note that UV coating may slightly alter the appearance of printed colors. There are no refunds or reprints for these color variations.
For the best print quality, we recommend using Pantone colors and ensuring your designs are created in CMYK format.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary depending on the product and the production time options selected. For specific details, please refer to the product information. While we strive to complete all jobs within the estimated time frame, some orders may take longer due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances or additional finishing services requested.
Please note, turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer credits if a job exceeds the estimated turnaround time.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES & DESIGN APPROVAL
When you choose to use our custom design services, our Graphic Design Team will create your product design based on your needs within 2-3 business days. Once your design proof is ready, you'll receive an automatic notification to log in to your account to review and approve the design.
Please note, production will only begin once you have approved your design. Ensure that all information and grammar are correct before approving, as we cannot make any further design changes or cancel orders after approval. The customer will be responsible for any reprint costs if necessary.
Our design service package includes one basic design setup, one design proof, and one free round of revisions. Additional revisions are available at $80 per hour, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes at $20.
Please also note that the design setup for print services does not include digital files. While we provide a design proof with a Go Print US watermark, the package does not include final high-quality files. These can be purchased separately in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats, starting at $45 per file, depending on the product.
ARTWORK APPROVAL NOTICE
Once you approve the artwork, GoPrintUS.com is not responsible for any design errors, including grammar, punctuation, missing information, numbers, images, incorrect bleed margins, or design layouts. Please carefully review your design for any mistakes before giving approval. GoPrintUS.com does not provide additional proofs, and production begins immediately after your artwork is approved.
Due to the custom nature of printing, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be made after approval. The customer is responsible for any reprint costs.
For best results, we recommend using our downloadable templates, which are pre-formatted with the correct dimensions and bleed margins. Please download the template and follow the included instructions for proper setup.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once we have started working on your design or print, there is no cancellations. If you submit print ready filles and are only using our printing services (not design services), the order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). All product sales are final once printing has begun. Print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services.
REPRINT POLICY
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If you believe your print job is defective please contact us in writing via the online support system, within four (4) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to reprint. Once you contact us we will have seven (7) business days to determine if a reprint is appropriate or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we determine that the product is in fact defective we will reprint the job with rush production. We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to resolution being agreed to.
IN STORE PHOTO RECREATION SERVICES POLICY
Customers needing scanning and photo restoration services are allowed to bring their photos to be scanned, however we're not responsible for damages or accidents done to photos or documents during the recreation process. We're very careful handling your photos and documents, however due to the nature of the recreation process there may be accidental damages from time to time. By using our services, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damages and accidents done to their photos and documents.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will only be used to complete your order. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or used for any other purpose. Go Print US occasionally may email our special offers or discount coupons to you as one of our vital customers.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GoPrintUS.com and it’s owners and employees against any and all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
GoPrintUS.com website and the information, site content, services, products and materials contained and offered through this website, are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. When you hire us to design any graphic design for you or your company and decide to publicly use them, it is solely your responsibility to get the advice of an attorney regarding whether the designs are legally available for your use or they do not infringe the rights of another party. Images used from printed work within the site might not represent any product offered, but considered a custom print. We have the right to deny service to anyone if we believe we have proper reason. In no event shall GoPrintUS.com, or its shareholders, directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable to any person for any damages of any kind of nature, under any legal theory, including damages resulting from loss of use and loss of profits. Under no circumstances will GoPrintUS.com be liable to you in any way for any site content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive or objectionable. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without notice to users.
TERMINATION
GoPrintUS.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of the site terms or misuse of services. GoPrintUS.com may also terminate accounts if it determines that continued service may result in legal liability or is otherwise detrimental to the business or its users.
GOVERNING LAW
The site terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without resort or giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these site terms shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Riverside County.
