By visiting, using and/or registering with the GoPrintUS.com website, you agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions set forth below. All products and services provided by GoPrintUS.com are subject to Terms and Conditions of use. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this site. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site or any services offered through our website.
USE OF SITE
You are granted permission to access and use GoPrintUS.com for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through GoPrintUS.com. You may not use, copy, mirror, modify, imitate or reproduce any of the site’s content without Goprintus.com prior written consent. All rights in this site and its content are reserved.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
You acknowledge that all content included in this site, including logo, icon, graphics, images, photos, writing, documents, and all other information, are intellectual property and copyrighted works of GoPrintUS.com, it’s licensees, and various third party providers. Reproduction or storage of content retrieved from this site is strictly prohibited.
COLOR QUALITY
GoPrintUS.com prints meet CMYK industry standards, however; we cannot guarantee “match-print” color and cannot prevent slight color shifts throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears in your monitor. Please note that the use of UV coating may have a slight effect on the appearance of printed colors.
TURNAROUND TIME
Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. Turnaround times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES & DESIGN APPROVAL
If you choose to use our custom design services our Graphic Design Team will set-up your product design according to your needs within 2-3 business days. Once the design proof is generated you will receive an automatic notification to login to your account to review and approve your design. Production time starts when you approve your design. Make sure that all information and grammar is correct. Once you approve your design we will start production immediately, we will not be able to make further design changes or cancel orders. Customer is responsible for reprint cost. The design service package includes a basic (1) basic design set-up, (1) one design proof and (1) free round of revisions. Additional revisions are available for $18.75 each round.
IMPORTANT DESIGN APPROVAL
Upon arwork approval, GoPrintUS.com is not responsible for errors to the designs including: grammar, punctuation, missing information, numbers, images, incorrect bleed margins or design layouts. Please review your design for any errors before approving your artwork. GoPrintUS.com will not send additional proofs. Production starts as soon as you approve your artwork. Due to the nature on custom printing, once the order is approved the customer will not be able to make any modifications to the order, cancel or get refund. The customer is responsible for reprint cost.
For best results, please use our downloadable "TEMPLATES", all the available templates already have the correct dimensions, including bleed. For more information download the template and read the instructions located on the template.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once we have started working on your design or print, there is no cancellations. If you submit print ready filles and are only using our printing services (not design services), the order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). All product sales are final once printing has begun. Print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services.
REPRINT POLICY
We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If you believe your print job is defective please contact us in writing via the online support system, within four (4) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to reprint. Once you contact us we will have seven (7) business days to determine if a reprint is appropriate or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we determine that the product is in fact defective we will reprint the job with rush production. We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to resolution being agreed to.
IN STORE PHOTO RECREATION SERVICES POLICY
Customers needing scanning and photo restoration services are allowed to bring their photos to be scanned, however we're not responsible for damages or accidents done to photos or documents during the recreation process. We're very careful handling your photos and documents, however due to the nature of the recreation process there may be accidental damages from time to time. By using our services, the customer assumes full responsability for any damages and accidents done to their photos and documents.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will only be used to complete your order. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or used for any other purpose. Go Print US occasionally may email our special offers or discount coupons to you as one of our vital customers.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GoPrintUS.com and it’s owners and employees against any and all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
GoPrintUS.com website and the information, site content, services, products and materials contained and offered through this website, are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. When you hire us to design any graphic design for you or your company and decide to publicly use them, it is solely your responsibility to get the advice of an attorney regarding whether the designs are legally available for your use or they do not infringe the rights of another party. Images used from printed work within the site might not represent any product offered, but considered a custom print. We have the right to deny service to anyone if we believe we have proper reason. In no event shall GoPrintUS.com, or its shareholders, directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable to any person for any damages of any kind of nature, under any legal theory, including damages resulting from loss of use and loss of profits. Under no circumstances will GoPrintUS.com be liable to you in any way for any site content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive or objectionable.We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without notice to users.
TERMINATION
GoPrintUS.com may suspend or terminate your account or your right to utilize the services made available through this site in the event that it determines you are in violation of the site terms.
GOVERNING LAW
The site terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without resort or giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these site terms shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Riverside County.
